Individuals who achieve the CCDH Cloudera Certified Developer for Apache Hadoop certification have demonstrated their technical knowledge, skill and ability to write, maintain, and optimize Apache Hadoop development projects.

To earn a CCDH Cloudera Certified Developer for Apache Hadoop CDH4 certification, candidates must pass either the following exam:
Cloudera Certified Developer for Apache Hadoop CDH4 (CCD-410)

or both the following two exams:
Cloudera Certified Developer for Apache Hadoop CDH3 (CCD-333)*
Cloudera Certified Developer for Apache Hadoop CDH4 Upgrade Exam (CCD-470)

*As of January 01, 2013, Cloudera Certified Developer for Apache Hadoop CDH3 (CCD-333) is no longer available. If you have taken any previous Cloudera Developer (CCDH) exam as part of a Cloudera training class prior to our move to Pearson VUE in May 2012, you qualify to take just the upgrade exam.
